  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Dredge chops in flour, dip in 2 beaten eggs and coat with panko.

  1. Heat 1 cm oil in large pan over medium heat.

  2. Fry chops 4-5 minutes per side until golden.

  1. Sauté onion until soft and translucent.

  2. Add dashi broth, soy sauce, mirin and sugar. Bring to boil.
