Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 °C. Mix flour and baking powder.
Beat egg, sugar, milk and melted butter. Fold in dry ingredients without overmixing.
Tip: After adding flour, mix only until combined. Overmixing makes small cakes dense.

Fill six small moulds two-thirds full. Bake for 20 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
