Add hot water little by little and knead until you get a smooth, moist but not sticky dough.
Division and coloring
Divide the dough into 3 parts: leave one white, color another by mixing matcha dissolved in water, and add strawberry puree to the third until well incorporated.
Shaping and cooking
Shape balls of the same size with each color.
Boil them in water until they float, then cook them for 7–8 more minutes until fully cooked.
