Preparation
Wash vegetables. Dice carrot and potato into 1 cm pieces, chop onion, slice leafy vegetables, cube tofu if included and cut the listed meat or fish into small pieces.

Heat the listed oil in a pot. Sauté onion and carrot and potato for 5 minutes over medium heat.
